What is mean by a team?
Each decision is made by the leader or the whole team?
Of course each member have to play his roll
just only that leader has to guide members and make a perfect final decision...
But sometimes mates in the team will come out with some silly ideas..
Overcome it?
Leader?
Member?
NO it's a team game
So the whole team have to make his decision
Not only others have to hear your ideas
in another way round... you have to hear others' too
Don't just think what you think is the most perfect solution/idea...
WRONG
Your idea will comes to perfect if you say it out and get the whole team agree with you
And remember ya'll are in a team... You are not on your own
SO think for others before you think for yourself...
This will make you a better person and in return...
you will get lots of friends around you
Well it's sound simple and silly by posting this
but in reality I don't think that everyone can do the same thing I mentioned earlier
But it's never gonna be too late to change...

RMB: There is no "I" in "TEAMWORK". None of the human on this Earth is made perfectly
